Overview

The Director, Access and Policy, France, is a key partner on Acadia’s European Value, Access and Policy team, responsible for achieving and maintaining appropriate pricing and market access through value propositions.

In Short

  • Primary geographical responsibility is France, with potential for additional markets.
  • Ensure high-quality pricing and access launch strategies.
  • Develop pricing and access strategy incorporating evidence needs and value propositions.
  • Deliver the France P&R dossier timely and accurately.
  • Identify evidence requirements for successful access in France.
  • Coordinate negotiation strategies with defined approaches.
  • Build stakeholder relationships for access engagement.
  • Manage annual strategic plans and budgets.
  • Monitor trends in Health Technology Assessment and reimbursement initiatives.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life science or related field required; MBA or PhD preferred.
  • 10 years of progressively increasing responsibilities, with 5 years in Market Access.
  • Experience in early patient access programs and orphan drug launches.
  • Hands-on experience in pricing negotiations in France.
  • Proven success in cross-functional teamwork.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Local and international travel required up to 30% of the time.
