Director, Access and Policy - Remote

Overview

The Director, Access and Policy, Germany, is a key partner on Acadia’s European Value, Access and Policy team, responsible for achieving and maintaining appropriate pricing and market access through value propositions.

In Short

• Primary responsibility for market access in Germany.
• Develop pricing and access strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of the Germany P&R dossier.
• Identify evidence requirements for successful access.
• Coordinate negotiation strategies.
• Build stakeholder relationships for access engagement.
• Prepare and manage strategic plans and budgets.
• Monitor trends in Health Technology Assessment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or related field; MBA or PhD preferred.
• 10 years of experience in Market Access, with 5 years in leadership.
• Experience in early patient access programs and orphan drugs.
• Hands-on experience in pricing negotiations in Germany.
• Proven success in cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
