The CVM Specialist role is focused on designing and architecting customer journeys to enhance engagement and retention through effective campaign management and automation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in CVM, CRM, or experience design.
  • Familiarity with journey mapping and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of tagging frameworks and segmentation logic.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with testing logic.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or related fields.
  • Experience in an agency or consulting context preferred.
  • Exposure to service design principles is a plus.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing strategies is beneficial.
  • Ability to translate insights into scalable communication flows.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
