C&B Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior C&B Specialist to join our international iGaming company, focusing on the administration of compensation and benefits to support our global operations.

In Short

• Administer base pay and incentive plans.
• Process compensation-related payments accurately.
• Participate in job grading and annual salary reviews.
• Support salary surveys and benchmarking.
• Manage employee benefits programs.
• Analyze benefits utilization and propose improvements.
• Generate reports and dashboards for HR leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance on budget analysis.
• Contribute to Total Rewards projects.
• Implement new compensation structures and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong analytical and data modeling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with HiBob and compensation benchmarking tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
