• Provides administrative support for P&C processes and projects.
• Monitors People & Culture inbox and responds to inquiries.
• Provides recruiting support, including posting job opportunities and scheduling interviews.
• Drives the new hire onboarding process.
• Processes employee exits and conducts exit interviews.
• Creates and sends employee change documentation.
• Completes employment verifications and unemployment claims.
• Assists in organizing inclusive company events.
• Stays updated on P&C market trends and employment laws.
• May require travel for career fairs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of related experience.
