In Short

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Customer Service Support role.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Passion for helping customers and solving problems.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Familiarity with healthcare privacy protocols is a plus.
