Requirements

  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience
  • Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address)
  • Understanding of hardware/software diagnostics
  • Fluent in English (B2 or higher)

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Quick learner and organized
  • Responsible and polite
  • Able to explain complex concepts simply
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks
