Overview

The Partner Success Director at Abridge is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, adoption, and expansion of solutions within enterprise healthcare accounts.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enhance productivity and patient outcomes.
  • Provide product training and onboarding support to clinicians.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify expansion opportunities within existing customers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders to assess product performance.
  • Support all clinician users and serve as the voice of the customer.
  • Contribute to the development of partner success resources.
  • Monitor and track clinician satisfaction and adoption rates.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Requires up to 20% travel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer/partner success roles.
  • Experience working with enterprise health systems.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical aptitude for complex software solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
