In Short

• Architect a modern demand engine that scales with growth.
• Launch high-impact initiatives including digital, content, events, and outbound tactics.
• Build demand gen and ABM programs that drive pipeline across key segments.
• Lead cross-functional planning to define ICPs and target account lists.
• Test new channels and audiences to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Web and Product Marketing to optimize campaign messaging.
• Own ROI and velocity reporting, delivering actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing & RevOps to manage attribution and tracking systems.
• Manage budget and strategy, sharing performance learnings.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-growth startup or technology company.
• Solid expertise in 2+ growth channels (e.g., outbound, ABM, paid).
• Systems-oriented, execution-biased, and comfortable with data.
• Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Excellent collaborator with a history of aligning with Sales and Marketing leadership.
