Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience with leadership in demand generation.
• Proven B2B marketing track record in customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset with marketing attribution experience.
• Experience managing multiple marketing motions simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience in building and optimizing martech stacks.
• Ability to hire and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience in financial services or clean energy is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial marketing.
• Knowledge of marketplace business models.
• Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking.
