In Short

• Design, build, and maintain scalable MLOps infrastructure.
• Develop robust data pipelines for ETL/ELT processes.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers.
• Debug complex data issues and ML pipeline failures.
• Design and optimize data storage solutions.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Implement observability and data quality frameworks.
• Work on end-to-end ownership of data systems.
• Influence rent recommendations across thousands of units.
• Foster a learning-first culture within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python experience and SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Terraform and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with big data architectures.
• Ability to debug complex data and algorithmic issues.
• Strong sense of ownership and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data lakes, warehouses, and databases.
• Math or CS background preferred.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, startup environments.
• Uses LLMs and AI agents creatively.
