Overview

The Investigator, Asset Protection is responsible for executing Asset Protection initiatives across assigned retail locations, implementing shortage reduction programs, and partnering with local store management to achieve strategic objectives.

In Short

• Execute Asset Protection initiatives in 4-8 stores.
• Partner with local management for strategic objectives.
• Leverage business performance for shortage reduction.
• Conduct training on Asset Protection initiatives.

Requirements

• 4-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years in Asset Protection or retail experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Pass a comprehensive background investigation.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Preferred Wicklander-Zulawski training.
• Must fulfill physical requirements.
