Overview

The Investigator, Asset Protection is responsible for executing asset protection initiatives across assigned retail locations, focusing on shortage reduction and operational compliance.

In Short

• Execute asset protection initiatives in assigned stores.
• Implement shortage reduction programs in high shrink locations.
• Partner with local management to achieve asset protection objectives.
• Conduct operational audits and safety compliance assessments.
• Train store associates on asset protection protocols.
• Monitor and investigate associate dishonesty.
• Utilize CCTV for theft deterrence and apprehension.
• Support investigations related to Organized Retail Crime.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Work flexible hours as needed for retail operations.

Requirements

• 4-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in asset protection or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make timely decisions based on guidelines.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Wicklander - Zulawski training preferred.
• Must meet physical requirements of the role.
