Overview

The Investigator, Asset Protection is responsible for executing Asset Protection initiatives across multiple store locations, focusing on shortage reduction and safety compliance.

In Short

• Execute Asset Protection initiatives in assigned locations.
• Partner with local management to meet strategic objectives.
• Leverage business performance for shortage reduction.
• Train store associates on Asset Protection initiatives.
• Assess store operations and compliance through audits.
• Monitor controls and conduct surveillance for theft prevention.
• Conduct investigations for inventory and cash loss.
• Support investigations related to Organized Retail Crime.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• 4-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Asset Protection or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions.
• Availability to work nights, evenings, and weekends.
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Preferred Wicklander - Zulawski trained.
• Must fulfill physical requirements including standing and walking.
