The Engineer, Observability will be part of the Site Reliability team, focusing on monitoring and optimizing websites to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in identifying performance concerns for websites.
  • 4+ years of front-end web development experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience with session replay or observability tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies and website KPIs.
  • Ability to analyze session replay data.
  • Experience debugging client-side issues.
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering and product teams.
  • Proactive in leading discussions with partners.
