Technical Product Support Trainer - Remote

Overview

As the Technical Trainer on the Technical Product Support team, you will lead the training strategy, content, delivery, and measurement that enable AA Tech teams and partner support organizations across the Alle platforms.

In Short

• Lead training programs across AA Tech and Train-the-Trainer for partner support organizations.
• Design facilitator guides, talk tracks, assessments, and job aids.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on Alle and related products.
• Plan and deliver training using various modalities.
• Define clear learning objectives and success measures.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Support Operations.
• Keep training assets current and accessible.
• Track completions, certifications, and proficiency metrics.
• Collaborate with technical writing and content owners.
• Provide input to SOPs and process documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technical trainer or similar.
• 3+ years of experience designing blended, role-based learning.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proven leadership with strengths in teaching and facilitation.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and instructional software.
• Hands-on experience with support systems like Salesforce and Jira.
• Experience in messaging tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.
• Technical Training Certification(s) are highly desirable.
