Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or 6+ years of technical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications.
• Knowledge of HVAC&R products.
• Ability to troubleshoot refrigeration cycles.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
