Senior Training Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Training Manager to join our Patient Engagement Training Team. The Sr. Training Manager will focus on driving the overall training strategy, process, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of performance-focused training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a training role.
• 2+ years of Patient Services experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems.
• Ability to work independently.
