Senior Training Manager, Oncology - Remote

Overview

The Senior Training Manager supports a Brand or Franchise organization in the creation, design and delivery of training solutions to the Oncology field sales organization. This role is accountable to the Director, Franchise PPD Training and the Franchise/Brand Sales and Marketing Leaders to ensure both T&D and Brand Strategy is effectively represented in all training programs and solutions.

• Develop and deliver training solutions for the Oncology field sales organization.
• Ensure alignment with T&D and Brand Strategy.
• Build relationships with Business Partners for effective training outcomes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to training participants.
• Lead classroom sessions and manage training challenges.
• Participate in business planning and integrate T&D activities.
• Adapt training techniques to meet diverse participant needs.
• Mentor Guest Trainers and other NSTs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Oncology landscape and regulations.
• Champion innovative training initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced knowledge in science or health sciences.
• Experience in District Sales Training or as a guest trainer.
• Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders.
• Learning agility and adaptability to new products.
• 5+ years of Oncology clinical experience preferred.
• Understanding of Oncology marketplace and payer landscape.
• Experience in Gyn/Onc and/or Ovarian Cancer preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations affecting pharmaceuticals.
• Proven track record in training and mentoring.
