Overview

The Sales Training Manager, Oncology creates and delivers clinical and sales training content for multiple products in the Oncology business unit. The incumbent develops excellent working relationships with sales leadership and sales professionals to understand real time training gaps and needs to address in sales training meetings such as New Hire Training classes, POA meetings, product or indication launch meetings and Global Sales Meetings.

In Short

  • Coordinate with sales leaders, HR and Area Sales Trainers for onboarding.
  • Develop engaging new-hire sales training content and programs.
  • Partner with various teams to execute training content for meetings.
  • Assist in developing live clinical product training and sales skills training.
  • Establish positive working relationships across departments.
  • Train sales to succeed in competitive markets.
  • Proficient on Natera sales process.
  • Design PowerPoint slides and record LMS content.
  • Spend time in the field with sales professionals for feedback.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in medical or biological sciences.
  • Clinical experience in GU or GYN oncology preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Laboratory Diagnostics Industry.
  • Previous field experience in sales or customer-facing role preferred.
  • Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) preferred.
