The Senior Manager Market Access will contribute to defining market access strategies for AbbVie's Immunology portfolio, managing specialists in market access.

• Monitor economic and legislative news affecting pharmaceutical market access.
• Collaborate with Brand Teams across various functions.

Requirements

• Scientific, medical, or pharmacy background with a specialization in health economics or market access.
• At least 6 years of experience in market access in the industry or public sector.
• Previous managerial experience is a plus.
• Ability to represent and defend the subsidiary's interests.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment and health policies.
• Experience in leading meetings and engaging with scientific experts.
• Collaborative and transversal work approach.
• Creative and proactive in proposing effective action plans.
• Fluent in English.
