Overview

The Senior Manager, Immunology Insights (HLH) will develop comprehensive performance narratives for leadership and develop relationships with cross functional partners to inform their perspectives.

• Develop comprehensive performance narratives for leadership.
• Inform data strategy in collaboration with the Commercial Data Management team.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses against raw data and build dashboards.
• Maintain relationships across sales, marketing, finance, and market access.
• Report to the Director, Commercial Intelligence and Analytics.
• Design and improve business visualization dashboards.
• Produce regular reports and presentations.
• Incorporate Competitive Intelligence dynamics in assessments.
• Manage brand forecasting models.
• Utilize patient segmentation and journey studies in narratives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry.
• 2+ years working with pharmaceutical data sets.
• Mature SQL and data analytics skills.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tool.
• Analytical reasoning and creativity in problem solving.
• Interest in CI and forecasting in the pharmaceutical space.
• Ability to understand and analyze complex issues.
• Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization.
