Overview

The Regional Sales Trainer (RST) is a dedicated in-field training role that supports rheumatology line in the design and delivery of training solutions to a regional sales organization.

In Short

  • Responsible for providing regional/national training, coaching, and support.
  • Conduct field visits with sales representatives to provide feedback and coaching.

  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
  • 2+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong coaching, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products.
  • High performing sales track record.
  • Ability to integrate business trends and brand strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop partnerships and align training with business strategy.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Experience in training and development in a sales environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of competitive dynamics in the market.
  • Ability to adjust coaching techniques to meet individual needs.
