Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, or Nursing.
• 3-5 years of experience in Specialty Sales, preferably in oncology.
• Strong scientific knowledge in hematology-oncology.
• Proven sales track record and excellent presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer behavior.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for territory management.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.
