National Field Trainer, Sales Training – Psychiatry - Remote

Overview

The National Field Trainer, Sales Training – Psychiatry, is responsible for facilitating training programs across all phases of training, and developing, maintaining, and implementing training content and programs.

In Short

• Facilitate all Psychiatry training classes, Insights Discovery, and RDDM meetings in both live and virtual environments.
• Mentor, coach, and develop newly hired sales representatives during the new representative training program.
• Participate in, and at times lead, the design, development, and implementation of training programs and NM workshops.
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure training content is relevant for all training needs.
• Manage agendas and learning curriculum within digital learning platforms.
• Assess training and development needs of the sales force and develop relevant resources.
• Build connections with enterprise training colleagues to enhance training programs.
• Travel requirements for the role consist of periodic travel for department-related meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical industry sales experience.
• Strong clinical expertise in Psychiatry preferred.
• Top performance in current role is required.
• Experience in presenting and facilitating to groups.
• Experience with successful project development and management.
