Overview

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Account Executive or Market Access experience.
  • Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
  • Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Understanding of the evolving healthcare environment.
  • Experience with Rx contract terms and commercial payor market.
  • Ability to deliver value proposition materials.
  • High ethical standards and compliance with company policies.
