Overview

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact, partnering with Business Owners and Stakeholders across the organization to provide high-level strategic, compliance, and operational counsel for consultancy needs.

In Short

  • Participates in planning processes for consulting engagements.
  • Works with Business Owners to understand strategies and define scope.
  • Reviews and approves contract requests for consulting activities.
  • Oversees consulting engagement processes to ensure compliance.
  • Responsible for compliance with country-specific laws and policies.
  • Tracks activities against plans and communicates status with stakeholders.
  • Builds communication templates and maintains training materials.
  • Participates in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Proactively seeks to improve and streamline internal processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Ability to produce clear and professional communications.
  • Strong scheduling and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to present complex information effectively.
  • Strong customer focus and professionalism.
  • Understanding of US/Global consulting requirements.
  • Ability to provide solutions for business success.
  • Knowledge of customer goals and priorities.
