Overview

As an Account Manager I, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with local and regional partners and growing their business with Favor’s platforms.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing local and regional partners.
  • Troubleshoot and respond to client questions and concerns.
  • Identify merchants who may benefit from a higher tier package.
  • Utilize data-driven analysis for merchant strategy.
  • Develop medium to long-range sales plans.
  • Identify and close cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Content, and Engineering teams for client onboarding.
  • Draft and negotiate agreements for growth opportunities.
  • Guide partnerships through marketplace products and services.
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.

Requirements

  • A relevant degree or comparable formal training.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience maintaining multiple accounts and client relationships.
  • Proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
