Field Reimbursement Manager, Botox Therapeutic - Remote

Overview

The Field Reimbursement Manager, Botox Therapeutic (FRM) acts as an alternative in-office resource that is available to address HCP questions about patient access. The FRM calls directly on HCP offices in their assigned geography to answer questions about patient access & reimbursement in support of the AbbVie Botox Therapeutic.

In Short

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs and reimbursement tools.
• Provide expertise on coverage and access challenges.
• Advise HCPs on patient prescription status and program eligibility.
• Update HCPs on payer processes and procedures.
• Report payer trends to Patient Services and Market Access teams.
• Establish relationships with providers within the territory.
• Stay current on managed care and reimbursement activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Market Access or related fields.
• Understanding of payer policy processes and reimbursement dynamics.
• Strong communication skills regarding coding and billing requirements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D.
• Experience with drug acquisition and dispensing in the Botox space.
• Excellent territory and account management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet HCIR credentialing requirements.
