Overview

The Field Reimbursement Manager, Botox Therapeutic (FRM) serves as a key resource for healthcare professionals (HCPs) regarding patient access and reimbursement for AbbVie’s Botox Therapeutic. This role involves direct engagement with HCP offices to provide expertise and support related to coverage, coding, and reimbursement challenges.

In Short

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs.
• Provide information on product acquisition and access options.
• Address access issues and educate on payer policies.
• Update HCPs on prescription status and program eligibility.
• Report payer trends to internal teams.
• Maintain relationships with providers in the assigned territory.
• Stay current on reimbursement and policy activities.
• Travel within the assigned geography, including Raleigh and Wilmington, NC.
• 3+ years of experience in market access or reimbursement.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Requirements

• Experience in Market Access, Payer Account Management, or Access and Reimbursement.
• Understanding of payer policy processes for specialty medicines.
• Knowledge of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement dynamics.
• Strong communication skills for technical elements of coding and billing.
• Ability to manage accounts effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet HCIR credentialing requirements.
