Overview

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is responsible for managing an assigned territory focused on supporting Reimbursement and Patient services by providing assistance with patient reimbursement challenges for a specific drug.

In Short

  • Manage assigned territory for Reimbursement and Patient services.
  • Assist with patient reimbursement challenges including Benefit Investigation and Prior Authorization.
  • Educate office staff on Payer landscape and available services.
  • Client-facing role requiring relationship building with physician offices.
  • Provide on-site and virtual education sessions.
  • Track interactions and activities in CRM.
  • Collaborate with case managers for escalations.
  • Monitor program performance and report results.
  • Travel required, up to 80% of the time.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare and Commercial insurance plans required.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of healthcare-related reimbursement experience.
  • Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
  • Proven presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, including PowerPoint and Web Meeting experience.
  • Previous field experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
