Overview

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is a customer-facing role focused on minimizing reimbursement and access barriers for patients and providers. This role supports HCP offices by delivering education on coverage, access, and reimbursement criteria for Ascendis products.

In Short

  • Act as a subject matter expert in reimbursement and access.
  • Provide education to HCP offices on coverage and reimbursement processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HCPs and office staff.
  • Analyze payer coverage trends and reimbursement criteria.
  • Guide customers on specialty pharmacy services.
  • Partner with Patient Support for benefit investigations.
  • Collaborate on local access strategies.
  • Execute territory-level business plans.
  • Participate in problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Experience in reimbursement and access roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze payer trends and criteria.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations.
  • Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
