Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of pharma-related or clinical research experience.
• Experience in project management and people management.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent business and financial aptitude.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments.
• Operational understanding of global regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships across functions.
