Analyst QA, MES Business System - Remote

Overview

The Manufacturing Systems (MES) Associate Quality Assurance Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for supporting SiBR/SAP business applications (manufacturing systems). The Associate Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing business requirements, configuring, developing, testing, certifying, installing, and maintaining all SiBR/SAP application changes and modifications.

In Short

• Participate in training and education programs for quality assurance.
• Search for solutions to manufacturing and process quality issues using Lean tools.
• Assess compliance processes and implement strategies to close gaps.
• Support root cause investigations and develop action plans.
• Review quality plans related to MES production processes.
• Perform reviews of MES System documents and validation protocols.
• Support key company projects to ensure product/process quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas.
• Comply with corporate and legal EHS requirements.
• Engage in EHS-related initiatives.

Requirements

• Student in Engineering, Computer Engineering, or IT (at least 50% completed) or relevant experience.
• English language proficiency at B1 level.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Critical thinking ability.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools.
• At least 2 years of ERP experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• 1 year of experience in the medical industry.
