Corporate Training Manager – Chronic Migraine - Remote

Overview

The National Corporate Training Manager (NCTM) is a remote, corporate position which supports the franchise for an assigned Botox Therapeutic indication. The NCTM is responsible for the design and delivery of training solutions to the sales organization.

In Short

• Design, develop, and deliver compliant, experiential, and didactic learning solutions.
• Collaborate with field trainers, brand marketers, and agency partners.
• Navigate the Medical/Legal Review process for created training materials.
• Implement and facilitate the use of training solutions to senior leadership and sales teams.
• Display expert-level knowledge and ability to coach on assigned indication.
• Manage contracts, statements of work, and purchase orders.
• Lead or participate in various assigned divisional projects.
• Execute field co-travels with Account Specialists for coaching.
• Commit to travel requirements based on location.
• Maintain effectiveness during changes in work tasks or environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or corporate training experience is required.
• Consultative sales experience with high reimbursement components is preferred.
• Experience selling within specialty areas is preferred.
• Experience in delivering impactful group presentations is required.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for team relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple demands and tasks.
• Ability to learn technical anatomical and clinical information quickly.
