Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) represents the Facial Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area, focusing on creating product acceptance and enhancing portfolio growth through business development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred.
  • Experience in B2B2C sales preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem solving and resolution skillset.
  • Ability to develop key strategies and execute.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Strong contract and negotiating skills.
  • Financial and budgetary experience preferred.
  • Effective consultative support experience.
