Overview

The Associate, Support Operations is primarily responsible for the registration and accurate entry of high volumes of adverse event data into a pharmacovigilance database, ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of similar work experience preferred.

• Prior experience with computer databases.

• Strong adaptability to switching tasks.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
