Overview

The Associate Director, Global Site Management is responsible for managing Site Management Leads and ensuring the delivery of Clinical Site Management execution plans across specific programs and indications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or (para)medical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical research experience.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with remote/virtual team management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
