Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent qualifications.
• 10+ years of experience in life sciences or clinical research.
• 8 years of bio-pharmaceutical clinical research experience.
• 4+ years of direct line management experience.
• Experience managing clinical programs and vendor oversight.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with clinical trial regulations.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives.
