Requirements

• Technical degree in life sciences with LC MS experience.
• Commercial mindset with results-oriented drive.
• Proven change management and continuous improvement experience.
• Understanding of KPI management.
• Experience in the Life Sciences tools industry.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Experience leading a small team of product specialists.
• Hands-on LCMS HRES experience is a plus.
• Ability to engage and develop talent.
• Excellent communication skills.
