The Manager – Accurate Mass Workflow Europe is responsible for leading the Advanced Workflow Specialist team and driving sales in the region, focusing on life sciences and biotechnology.

• Technical degree in life sciences.
• At least 5 years of hands-on LC MS experience.
• Direct experience in associated markets.
• Commercial mindset with a results-oriented drive.
• Proven change management experience.
• Understanding of KPI management.
• Experience in the Life Sciences tools industry.
• Leadership experience in managing product specialists.
• Hands-on LCMS HRES experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
