Overview

As a Field Service Engineer at SCIEX, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, installing, and repairing mass spectrometry instruments, ensuring high-quality service to our customers in East Belgium and Luxembourg.

In Short

• Remote-based position located in East Belgium.
• Responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of Sciex products.
• Work independently to resolve customer and technical issues.
• Perform high-quality installation and maintenance on Mass Spectrometry instruments.
• Complete administration duties including Field Service Reports and parts inventory.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Chemistry.
• Prior experience with mass spectrometry or scientific instruments is advantageous.
• English and French proficiency is required.
• Ability to travel within the territory.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Chemistry.
• Experience in servicing scientific instruments preferred.
• Solid understanding of electrical and electro-mechanical technology.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
• Travel capability within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Dutch proficiency is a plus.
