Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics will ensure optimal performance of diagnostic equipment, providing technical service and training to customers while working independently.

In Short

• Handle troubleshooting, installation, and service repair needs of diagnostic equipment.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent military experience.
• 1-year experience with mechanical and electronic equipment.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to travel for service needs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service and relationship building.
• Technical college major in engineering or related fields is a plus.
• Experience with advanced troubleshooting and maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
