Overview

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing customer and technical support for a broad range of installed systems that may range from basic to complex. This role involves troubleshooting, servicing, and supporting existing customers while ensuring quality service and adherence to company values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering preferred.
  • 5 years of field service experience with automation products.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Advanced technical skills in motion control systems.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics.
  • Familiarity with IEC 61131 programming languages.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Exceptional customer focus and communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications.
