Overview

The Field Service Engineer position involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for a Border Patrol surveillance system, requiring outdoor work and strong customer interaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience.

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Education: High School diploma mandatory; Bachelor of Science preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Experience with communication systems preferred.
• Must obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
