The Field Service Engineer role involves delivering exceptional customer service while providing technical support for Bioprocess products. The position focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction and retention through effective service and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Field Service experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office software.
• Valid Driver’s License and Passport required.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
