The Director, Aftermarket Product Management at SCIEX is responsible for leading a global team to drive the strategic direction of the aftermarket portfolio, developing and executing product strategies aligned with senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in product commercialization.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and methodologies.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in strategic planning and lifecycle management.
• 8+ years managing direct reports.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.
• MBA is a plus.
• Knowledge of Pharmaceuticals and mass spectrometry technology.
