Overview

The Director, Aftermarket Product Management is responsible for leading a global team to drive the strategic direction of the aftermarket portfolio, developing and executing product strategies aligned with senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product commercialization.
• Proven track record of managing product roadmaps.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic planning and lifecycle management experience.
• 8+ years managing direct reports.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to travel (10% travel, overnight globally).
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.
• MBA and knowledge of the pharmaceuticals industry is a plus.
