Field Service Engineer (Mass Spectrometry) - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer at SCIEX is responsible for maintaining, installing, and repairing mass spectrometry and related instrumentation, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing training.

• Work remotely while covering the Memphis, TN area.
• Install and repair mass spectrometers and related equipment.
• Provide customer training and ensure satisfaction at strategic accounts.
• Log service activities and manage administrative duties.
• Must have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience with LCMS and capillary electrophoresis required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, with up to 50% overnight travel.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks.
• Experience in troubleshooting and electrical technology is a plus.
