Requirements

• 7+ years in software QA or test engineering.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript automation tools.
• Deep understanding of API testing (REST and GraphQL).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with performance testing tools is a plus.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and align teams around quality goals.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools is a plus.

• Base salary of $140,000 to $160,000 + 20% bonus.
